managers responsible for the exercising and testing of a company’s
business continuity plan maximise their chances of success by ensuring
that the crisis command centre is as good as it can be. Delegates

and how to fix them. This two day course is aimed both at business
continuity practitioners who are moving towards business continuity
management audit, and professional auditors now tasked with understanding

Practical hints about conducting the BCM Audit; Benchmarking, Maturity
Models and Compliance Standards.
