As
part of its business strategy to improve the existing range of member
services and products, Survive has appointed Clare Wilson as director
of training to research, develop and introduce new training courses
that reflect the concerns and interests of its membership.
Clare has been involved with the business continuity
industry for more than seven years having been part of the launch
team for a business continuity title with Informa Group, head of
marketing for the Global Continuity Group, marketing and campaigns
manager for Guardian IT and marketing manager for IRM Plc.
Commenting on her appointment Clare Wilson
said, “Survive currently has a stable of 15 business continuity
related courses that it has been running successfully over a number
of years; I shall be using my experience in this market to develop
and introduce a range of pertinent training courses that cater for
the real and emerging threats from ever more sophisticated methods
of attack and disruption that can affect businesses globally. I
shall also continue to develop bespoke training packages for member
companies as part of strategy of taking a consultative approach
to our members’ needs.”
