According
to a survey of Australian banks by the University of Southern Queensland's
Centre for Australian Financial Institutions (CAFI) and Fuji Xerox
although 78 percent of respondents had a "high level"
of commitment to business continuity, more than 6 percent had no
crisis management plan and 25 percent had only theoretical knowledge
of what to do in such an emergency.
