| Synstar wins two prestigious titles at Business Continuity Awards ceremony
The panel of judges selected Synstar for its demonstration of outstanding business continuity delivery via an extensive portfolio of services, together with its innovative approach to business availability across Europe. Synstar was recognised for its dedication to continually measuring its success through open customer feedback and for its commitment to investing in resources to ensure that the company continues to excel in satisfying both customer and market demands. Synstar was also commended for its communications activity, which actively promotes the importance of robust business availability across market sectors. The company’s communications programme includes the dissemination of thought leadership through white papers, pocket guides, short articles, seminars and an open exchange for best practice in the shape of the Synstar Business Continuity User Group. In addition, Bill Crichton, Synstar’s Business Continuity Consultancy manager, was awarded the title of ‘Business Continuity Consultant of the Year’. Bill’s career spans nearly 30 years and he has vast experience not only in business continuity, but also in the fields of IT and IT security.
