Enterprise Management Advisor software launched

TIBCO Software Inc. has launched its new Enterprise Management Advisor software, that helps organisations gain insight into the relationship between business processes and the technology infrastructure that supports them.

Part of a strategic initiative called Enterprise Management Integration (EMI), TIBCO Enterprise Management Advisor works with enterprise management solutions, such as HP OpenView, to provide business managers and IT staff with the information they need to analyse developing situations, identify and initiate the best course of action, and take steps to ensure business continuity. With TIBCO Enterprise Management Advisor, a business process can be altered dynamically when a business-impacting condition in your IT systems has been identified. For example, if there is an infrastructure problem at a large financial institution, such as a server going down, TIBCO Enterprise Management Advisor can alert IT staff so they can take steps to bypass that server before critical business processes are affected.
