The Helpdesk and IT Support Show 2004, running
for its 8th year, is Europe's biggest event dedicated to helpdesk
and support. This year’s event will feature over 70 exhibitors
and a free education programme of 50 independent and vendor led
seminars.
The seminars are streamed into ‘Technology’,
and ‘People and process’; plus a series of team workshops.
Additionally, each day the show begins with a breakfast briefing
delivered by an eminent industry figure.
Seminars include presentations on:
* Implementing and managing the support project behind the 2004
Olympic Games and 2006 Winter Olympics;
* How to internally market the helpdesk; and
* Intelligent self healing of IT infrastructures.
This year's show forms part of Helpdesk and
IT Support Week, which encompasses two other events also taking
place at Olympia. The Help Desk Institute Conference runs on Wednesday
28th and Thursday 29th April and the Helpdesk Support Excellence
Award Dinner takes place on the evening of the 28th April.
