The Risk Analyst has a direct line responsibility to the GSO (Group Security Office) Hub Manager- Main work activities cover general support to the GSO hub manager on

(1) execution, maintenance andtesting of Swiss Re’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme, and

(2) review and follow upwith Local Safety & Security Officers (LSSOs) on Safety & Security issues affecting Swiss Re locations

The Risk Analyst monitors the implementation of the BCM program Group-wide, follows up on openn issues, testing activity and lessons learned, and manages related reporting activities.

The Risk Analyst provides support and guidance to Business Units and Operations functions in thedevelopment of new and existing continuity plans.

The Risk Analyst acts largely autonomously in his/her area of competence.
