My Leading Investment Banking Client is looking to hire a Business Continuity Manager into their growing team. This exciting role covers the EMEA region and maintains a comprehensive business continuity plan so that it can continue to operate in the event of any emergency scenario.

The plan involves all business lines and is updated on a quarterly basis and tested regularly including comprehensive crisis management scenario exercises.

Salary Range is dependable on level of experience.

Responsibilities
• The team is also responsible for supporting the EMEA offices in their business continuity planning.
• You will be the liaison with departmental BCM representatives to conduct regular busines continuity tasks e.g. updating plans, reviewing business impact analyses, organising recovery site testing.
• Facilitation of crisis management exercises.
• Management of recovery sites.

Requirements:
• Strong business continuity and crisis management knowledge
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Good project management and analytical skills

Skills & Experience Required:
• Extensive banking experience
• Extensive business continuity experience
• Crisis management experience
• Experience of handling real life incidents is desirable
