Andersen Steinberg are recruiting a Corporate Risk Manager on behalf of a leading Global Bank.
The responsibilities outlined below will be carried out across all Asia locations:
- Provide leadership for delivery of security strategy and operations for Asia locations
- Provide leadership for delivery of BCM program across all Asia locations (including test activities)
- Provide leadership for management of incidents and crisis response across the region
- Deliver ongoing training and awareness programs for all aspects of BCM and security across the region
- Ensure compliance with BCM and security regulatory requirements in all legal jurisdictions where company has operations
- Provide regular reporting on all security and BCM related issues, status, risks
- Co-ordinate risk and threat assessment processes across company Asia operations
- Manage all aspects of administration and documentation to support Asia BCM and security program
Key skills required:
- Strong operational management and leadership skills
- Excellent risk management and leadership skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- High levels of drive and enthusiasm
- Ability to deliver complex projects across multiple locations
- Knowledge of BCM and security
- At least 5 years experience of successful BCM and security risk management in mid-large size corporation, preferably in financial services industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a risk related discipline
- Candidates from alternative backgrounds with strong influencing/communications skills also considered
