This post is subject to contract. It is a fixed term appointment for 24 months.
Oxford Brookes University has established a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).
You will be:
• harmonising, updating and testing the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery plans of an international organisation’s sites around the world
• establishing governance and accountability of the BC/DR processes within the organisation
• developing a system for the maintenance and periodic update of the BC/DR plans dictated by changes in the organisation’s business environment and by the results of the testing process
You should have:
• a postgraduate qualification preferably in disaster or risk management, or in engineering
• experience in the business or engineering sector, in positions related with quality assurance and compliance to standards
