Advertiser's text:

Nationwide’s Business Continuity team delivers the business continuity plans, processes and procedures we need to be ready for any sudden disruptions or emergencies. And that means it has a vital role to play in supporting both our business and our customers.

Take Account
This is an opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of our organisation as part of a supportive, collaborative team. Working closely with business partners and stakeholders at every level, you’ll focus on the business continuity environment for a specific executive area. You’ll need to ensure we stay within the parameters of our business continuity framework and we’ll also look to you to support our new Business Continuity Improvement Programme by taking ownership of and delivering a number of organisation-wide initiatives. In short, you’ll make sure the systems and procedures we have in place are second-to-none, that risk is minimised and that our organisation is ready for anything.

Take Control
We’ll definitely be looking for experience in business continuity although there’ll be plenty of scope to develop your skills when you join us – especially because knowledge sharing is a big part of our team culture. You’ll have excellent written and communication skills, the ability to solve complex problems and a track record of influencing and negotiating at all levels. A good awareness of project management methodologies is essential, as is an understanding of relevant business continuity technologies. Positive and proactive, you’ll bring a creative approach to managing business risk and will relish the chance to take on a big challenge within such a supportive environment.

Take Nationwide
There’s plenty to be excited about at Nationwide. For our customers, it might be that we’re owned by them all and run for their benefit. For our people, it could be the training initiatives and career opportunities on which we’ve built our success. And for everyone associated with Nationwide, the stability of 13 million members, 20 million accounts and 19,000 staff would be a great place to start.

Take Interest

Take a look at our Business Continuity team and you won’t just see a team dedicated to our helping Nationwide grow, you’ll also see the perfect blend of commitment and talent. If you’ve got a proactive and flexible approach, along with the drive to make the most of our development programmes, then we want to hear from you.
