Business Continuity Planner
Advertiser's text: Andersen Steinberg are currently recruiting for one of their clients, a financial services corporation, for a Business Continuity Planner with experience in the financial sector. Job Description Working independently or under limited supervision, performs a full range of consulting services to support Corporate Business Continuity. Conducts extensive research, data collection, evaluation, and analysis. Based on research and analysis, develops recommendations for action, process improvements or solutions to business problems and risk management issues. Counsels and trains internal customers. Qualifications Strong verbal, written and listening skills are required in order to develop and maintain customer relationships and effectively communicate with varying organizational levels. Must demonstrate ability to organize and manage assigned projects; lead project teams, conduct research, evaluation and analysis; and prepare written reports and make oral presentations. Strong computer, analytical, problem-solving and organization skills required. Proficiency with LDRPS, Notifind, and BIA Professional is preferred. Familiarity with risk management business processes and relational databases helpful. Periodic travel required. May require use of pager and occasional after hours work during emergency situations.
