We are looking for individuals to incorporate from now to the end of the year in a senior position within the EMC IC Practice team, with a business development oriented mind, strong Business Continuity knowledge and background who are able to work addressing complex customer's challenges and establishing with them strong senior relationships. We look for professionals with a wide and solid IT experience background mainly in the business continuity arena or/and Disaster Recovery space.

Responsibilities

* Will develop strong customer relationships; understand their business and technical needs, providing consulting services that address the customer's challenges and issues regarding Business Continuity.

* Participate in projects at customer's premises, providing technical knowledge, advise, project management skills, and deep BC solutions knowledge. Will carry activities like:
o Discovery and analysis.
o Interviews with business owners.
o Risk assessment
o Business Impact Analysis.
o Disaster Recovery solutions design and advice.
o Assist to Executive Reviews with senior IT members and be able to present reports, explain current risks, mitigation strategies, etc.

* Will be required at times to participate in business development activities like workshop events, development of proposals and pricing of opportunities.

* Be able to work independently at times upon the circumstances. Provide leadership to other junior members of the team.

Experience and Technical Skills Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience participating in business continuity or disaster recovery projects with a consulting approach.
* Strong technical understanding of the technologies available in the market to provide disaster recovery solutions. Ability to understand complex technical solutions to support disaster recovery processes at the data centre space.
* Knowledge and experience of any BC planning Methodology tools (Evergreen, Strohl, etc.)
* Certifications of any of the Business Continuity industry standards are valuable.
* Project Management experience of this kind of BC consulting engagements is valuable.
* Excellent English communication skills required (verbal and written) as well as solid presentation skills.
* This position will involve a high level of international travel within Middle East and occasionally outside Middle East.
* Fluent Arabic is a bonus.
* Will report to the IC Practice Lead in Middle East.
* These positions are based 2 in Dubai and 2 in Egypt.
