This post is for a minimum of six months with opportunities to extend if you demonstrate the ability to deliver against the job scope.
You will report to the VP HR Operations in providing Business Continuity and Emergency Response advice and assurance to the National and International HR Function. The company is located in SW London inside the M25
You will have extensive knowledge in Emergency Response, Crisis Management (CM) and Business Continuity at both directional and operational levels with experience of or exposure to working in first-rate companies or consultancies that have set the benchmark for BCP, Emergency Response and Crisis Management activity.
You will be able to translate BCP objectives into functional and business solutions through effectively setting the direction, objectives, targets and metrics.
You will be part of the BC and Incident Response Teams and provide support to the HR function in a Group led response to a crisis situation. You will have experience of developing and running training in the discipline. You will have exceptional organisational, planning and execution skills capable of deploying and co-ordinating BCP and ER across multiple sites, and be able to demonstrate good writing skills - able to clearly and concisely articulate the business case.
