Our client is a leading global I.T. and Consulting company. You will work as an I.T. DR Consultant / Project Manager and will support and call on various customers/potential customers in Thailand.
Overall Responsibility:
Disaster recovery planning, testing and execution for all server platforms and its infrastructure services to enable recovery and restoration of operating Critical System Functions following an unexpected production disruption. Continuously improving disaster recovery capability through new projects. Coordination with Crisis and Emergency Response team in supporting the operations.
Specific Responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plan document
2. Develop, maintain and manage disaster recovery process and planning for the disaster recovery functions of IT
3. Execution of the disaster recovery plan during disaster and disaster recovery testing
4. Perform project management role in implementing disaster recovery infrastructure projects
5. Conduct, prepare and facilitate workshops related to disaster recovery plan and disaster recovery testing
6. Provide consultation, make recommendations, give appropriate advice and/or facilitate the decision related to disaster recovery plan
Qualification:
1. Minimum of 4 years experience in managing IT operations and infrastructure
2. Minimum of 4 years experience in project management
3. Experience in Disaster Recovery and related fields
4. Good command of written and spoken English. Thai language skills required.
5. Computer literacy, good in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and other related tools
6. Excellent Communication, Presentation, Interpersonal Skills required.
7. Experience in the financial industry is desirable.
8. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer, Information Technology or related fields is preferred.
