Andersen Steinberg Group are looking for an DR Team Leader for their client, a leading FS organisation. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a manager with hands on experience with Disaster Recovery on a large scale.

The role of Disaster Recovery Team Leader is now pivotal in continuing to drive significant developments and remedial activity in our core IT Systems provision through Disaster Recovery Testing by driving a Group-wide testing approach and timetable.

The role holder will be expected to help develop a global community of Disaster Recovery managers across the Group to ensure consistent approach to DR testing and assurance.

Role Purpose:
• Improvement of IT Services Recovery & Resilience Capabilities
• Improvement of Core Bank IT Infrastructure Recovery and Resilience Capabilities
• Recovery strategy definition, business impact analysis
• Delivery and Maintenance of Group-wide assurance plan
• Architectural Development
Key skills and knowledge required:
• Specialist skills in IT Disaster Recovery.
• Ability to inspire and lead a step-change in technical and operational capabilities
• Planning and organizing
• High degree of communication skills.
