New Cisco Powered by AI services aim to predict and prevent IT failures

Cisco has announced a portfolio of services designed to anticipate IT failures and take action to prevent them from taking place. Named ‘Powered by AI’, Cisco's new suite of predictive services also help mitigate risks, reduce maintenance costs, and assist organizations in attaining the necessary skills to transform their businesses.

Delivering both advanced predictive and preemptive capabilities, two new services within the Powered by AI suite are ‘Business Critical Services’ and ‘High-value Services’. These will enable organizations to invest more of their IT budgets on technology innovation amid a growing technical skills gap that poses an imminent threat to business continuity and growth.
