This position provides leadership of the global, enterprise-wide, Business Continuity Management (BCM) team. The position includes leadership of the Crisis Response Team, as well as collaboration with the Disaster Recovery team to ensure end to end recovery process and procedures are in place, tested, and communicated.
Other responsibilities include continuously seeking industry best practices in risk assessment, monitoring and maintaining crisis management goals as business strategies, and establishing and evolving the business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
The Vice President supports all crisis management activities enterprise-wide and is responsible for translating organizational, competitive, regulatory and legal changes into appropriate strategies for implementation of crisis and business continuity planning.
The role must be able to establish cross organizational relationships and work closely with Corporate Communications, Life Safety, Technology, Real Estate, Human Resources, and Physical Security to quickly establish responses and actions to incidents.
