SunGard has reported that revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2009 was $1.34 billion, a decrease of 4 percent compared to the same period in 2008. On a constant currency basis, organic revenue decreased by 7 percent in the quarter. Approximately five percentage points of the decrease in organic revenue was attributable to one of its broker/dealer businesses. Adjusted income from operations for the three months ended September 30, 2009 was $300 million, a 3 percent increase from $290 million in 2008. Read the results announcement.

Everbridge has announced that the Bank of Hawaii has implemented the Everbridge Aware emergency notification system to enhance business continuity communications, automate critical communications and to communicate during pandemics. After evaluating seven incident notification system vendors, the Bank of Hawaii committee selected Everbridge for value and ease of use. www.everbridge.com
