CA and Deft provide business continuity for Tourism Ireland
CA has announced the delivery of a complete recovery management system for Tourism Ireland. The solution was implemented in partnership with Deft, a provider of IT professional services in Ireland. The business continuity and data protection solution enables Tourism Ireland to minimise disruption to global marketing campaigns, increase staff productivity and provide a secure platform for growth into emerging markets. The solution uses CA XOsoft WANSync and replicates all of Tourism Ireland's critical e-mail data. Tourism Ireland estimates that CA's solution can recover over 230 gigabytes of e-mail data in less than one hour; this would have taken up to three days prior to the deployment. More information on the CA recovery management system.
